About the Speaker: Chris Havel is with the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and has lived in Ashland, Corvallis, Cascade Locks, LaGrande, and Salem. He holds degrees from Oregon State University in Forestry and the Ohio State University in Natural Resources.
