First Donation of the New Year, 2014.001

This photo-postcard is the first donation to the WHC of the new year.  It features a photograph of Rufus Boatwright in what he writes is his “foot ball attire.”  Boatwright attended Salem High School.  According to the 1915 Yearbook, he played left guard.   The 1916 annual says: “Injuries or not, ‘Boat’ holds his own.”
