The WEPACO Notebook was a newsletter published by the Western Paper Converting Company of Salem, Oregon.  The plant operated at Front and D Streets.  The Willamette Heritage Center houses issues of the newsletter from 1949-1960 (WHC Collections 2014.083).  In addition to great information about the Paper Converting business, there are photos and profiles of employees.
